The first site I visited was Voices.com here you can set up a profile and find jobs that people have posted. It is very easy to navigate and helpful because you can here other peoples demo reels, to get an idea of what your personal reel should sound like.
The second site bestradiojobs.com gives you insight to radio jobs as well as voice over work, it also is a great place to find who out there is hireing!
The Third is more of a training site more then a job sites, how ever every one needs tips and tricks to make it in the world i found this site to do just that greatvoice.com
fourth site starsnsights.com is much like first two sites but alittle harder to follow. I thought I should mention this one becasue all thogh it is harder to follow it still is very well put togeather.
and finally my site voiceoversunlimited.com is probly my farvoret site. I used it back when I went to mercer full time. If you are planing to become a voice over artest this is the site that you should be on all the time it has every thing you would need to learn, earn and get a job in VO i strongly recommend this sit

Thanks for posting & recommending sites about voiceover work. I'm not sure yet whether I want to follow a TV/film path or voiceover work. I'll definitely check out these sites. BTW, I'm a student in DMA250, the 1:25 class. If you have another semester at Mercer after this, I highly recommend an internship at a radio station that will allow you to do some spots. I've been at WPST a week and have already done 4 spots. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteSo I found out in class today that you already do this professionally - so totally ignore my internship suggestion!
